Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared. During peak seasons (e.g., harvest periods) or stock shortages, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email if delays occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, packaging needs, and delivery destination. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. If additional fees are required (e.g., due to customs or shipping adjustments), we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping within Thailand takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Options: We use trusted local couriers with tracking provided.

International Shipping (USA)
- Delivery Time: Shipping from Thailand to the USA takes 10-25 business days, depending on customs clearance and your location.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the USA. These are not included in the shipping costs shown at checkout and are payable upon delivery.
- Shipping Method: We use reputable international carriers to ensure safe delivery of perishable goods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number:
- Thailand Deliveries: Tracking via local couriers.
- USA Deliveries: International tracking through our carrier partners.

Damaged Items in Transit

- Thailand: Via pickup or reimbursement.
- USA: Via a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind:
- Thailand: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect (we cover costs in those cases). Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- USA: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect (we provide a prepaid label). Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
