At Tiny Box Living, we’re committed to ensuring your container home or tiny living unit arrives safely and on time. Please read the details below carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after full payment has been confirmed.

  • We will notify you via email if any delays occur due to high demand or logistics constraints.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We deliver nationwide within the United States.

  • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range between 5–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Your container will be delivered via ground freight or flatbed service, depending on the type of unit and destination accessibility.

Note: If your area has restricted access (narrow roads, gated lots, etc.), please notify us in advance to coordinate an appropriate delivery method.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping for full container or trailer homes.
    If you have special requests for overseas transport, please email info@tinyboxliving.com to discuss custom logistics arrangements.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/model of the unit ordered.

  • flat delivery rate will be provided at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • For custom deliveries or remote/rural areas, we may contact you with updated shipping rates before proceeding.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours of shipment.

If you don’t receive tracking info within 3–5 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@tinyboxliving.com.

Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

  • All shipments are insured and protected during transport.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please:

    1. Take clear photos of the damage.

    2. Save all packaging materials.

    3. Contact us immediately at info@tinyboxliving.com.

We will initiate a claim with the carrier and either issue a replacement, a repair plan, or process a return/refund depending on the situation.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if your order was delivered in error, defective, or if you change your mind.

  • You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations must follow our Return Policy.
