Products & Orders
We offer a range of solutions including container homes, trailer homes, tiny homes, and customized units to suit off-grid, residential, or commercial use. Please check our product listings for full details and availability.
Absolutely. Most of our units can be customized based on layout, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, doors, windows, and finishes. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
We offer both new and repurposed units. Each product listing specifies the condition of the container being offered.
You can browse our available units online and fill out the inquiry or order form. We’ll then contact you with payment details and confirm your delivery options.
No — we don’t require account registration. You can complete your purchase as a guest.
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or customized, changes may not be possible.
Payments
We currently accept bank transfer only. Once you confirm your order, we’ll send detailed payment instructions by email. Orders are processed after full payment is received.
Not at this time. All purchases must be paid in full before processing begins.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship container homes to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery is arranged via flatbed truck or freight, depending on your location and unit type.
Shipping costs vary depending on distance, unit size, and accessibility. We’ll include a delivery quote in your final invoice.
Typical delivery takes 5–14 business days after payment is confirmed. We’ll provide a tracking number and real-time updates once your order is on its way.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a tracking link and estimated delivery time.
If your site has tight roads, gates, or elevation issues, please let us know in advance so we can plan the correct type of delivery equipment.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, as long as it's unused, unmodified, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the unit arrived damaged or incorrect.
Contact our support team at info@tinyboxliving.com to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our policies.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.
